Absolutely fantastic service, was extremely impressed at the quick turnaround from my initial call, to speaking to the nurse and then the doctor. Very friendly reception staff too, keep up the great work especially during these troubling times. You guys rock!

I have had continuous issues with this practice - once I ordered a script on a Thursday and was called on Friday at 4.30pm to say I had to pay for the script before they would send it through to the pharmacy and then when I had paid over the phone, they said that they would send it out on Tuesday (Monday was a public holiday). They then waited another day (Thursday morning) to tell me that my payment didn't go through and I would have to pay again. It was really lucky that I didn't need the script ASAP, otherwise I would have been a week without my meds. Also paying $22 to send a digital script through to a pharmacy is ridiculous, especially as they mix up your scripts so often. I have had upwards of 4 times where they sent the wrong script to my pharmacy and then tried to make me pay for them resending it.

Have been at this clinic for four and a half years and have just enrolled in another practice as a result of rude doctors and lack of medical assistance.Today I was refused an appointment for my 2 year old by the triage doctor because he had decided that she wasn’t sick enough despite not seeing her or knowing me or my kids. I asked the doctor point blank to see her and he flatly refused. I am not even sure if that is legal?This isn’t the first time a triage doctor has mucked me around either. The first time I was told there was no possible appointments for me and the doctor was unsympathetic when I explained I couldn’t make any of the afternoon times he’d suggested. When I viewed the notes for this he’d made a passive aggressive note about me being “a bit upset about this”—I’d been struggling with breathing for days so yes, I was a bit upset that I couldn’t get any medical help.I understand that these are stressful times for those in the medical profession but the triage system at this practice has resulted in some seriously unethical situations with my family. I can’t imagine how it must be for others who, for example, speak English as a second language or who are not as familiar with the local healthcare system.

They have effectively overcharged me for a simple prescription request, and I'm getting no response from them. You'll never see the same Doctor twice; This practice is a placeholder for Doctor's who have just flown in.

I have been to this clinic twice. bad experiences both times.Dr Elise is most unhelpful doctor ever. She just wanted to finish the appointment rather than. Understand my problems. The support staff is not great either they sent letters saying you have missed your appointment when you have already called to reschedule your appointment. I joined this centre as they are open till 7 so I could see a doctor after work every time I have called to get a late appointment it's not available!!

Just un registered because appointments are 2 to 3 weeks away. That's terrible, most patients could be in a serious conditions that need expert advice. Not good enough Hutt city healthcare they also just flog you off so they can get more patients, the doctors don't want to do all the paperwork.

Worst practice, there never seems to be appointments and if you've coughed you can't be seen, it's just pathetic, I've been trying to get my son seen for 3 months now, I give up, after hours works 10x better

I initially gave a long review detailing the challenges I've regularly faced with this practice, aswell as some of the good things and a bunch of vague solutions that may help. But at the end of the day, I think if they improved on their people skills/communication skills, that would go a long way.

Practice is actually a franchise with many operating within wellington region they care about monetary gain before patients wellbeingThey administered the flu jab on someone I care about when she was only there for depo all the nurse said was sorry. That's scary lucky it wasn't another drug it could of been deadlyThis doctors clinic is outrageous putting patients at risk also declining medicine that was approved by mental health on several occasionsThey discriminate against cigarette smokers and much more definitely not professional or the people you want managing your health I wrote this review out of concern for others safety and everything stated above is the full truth. Never go to this medical centre. We have moved away for a good. Either you are sick or your baby , doctors just not helpful. Better go to after hours than this place !!
