I contacted Emma when she first started her pet care business. I was looking at alternatives to dog daycare as my dog Ted was becoming increasingly stressed being away from his surroundings. I was really impressed with Emma from the moment I met her. Not only for her initiative and business acumen but also her warm personality and genuine love of animals. We quickly set up a plan for her to walk Ted twice a week during the day. Emma has access to my home and I completely trust her to come in and collect Ted and return him. She always sends me photos of their outings. Emma has been completely reliable and will always communicate if there has been a change in plan. Emma has never failed to show up and I have been equally impressed with other “team” arrangements when needed (thank you Rhi). I can’t recommend Emma highly enough if you are looking for someone to care for your pet.
