I needed a new headset cause the one I had was kaka but the team at Ea games Tge Base were amazing and very helpful well done team. I was surprisingly impressed.

I've never been racially profiled by anyone other than the Wellington cops, but the female with the glasses kept tailgating me as if I was going to steal something. Every time I moved to a part of the store, she was behind me, over my shoulder..... I've never been made to feel so unwelcome in an EB Games....... I dunno, might be because everyone in Hamilton (even the Orbiter bus drivers) are on edge lately...... I've lived in Hamilton for 5 years, been away for 3...... things done changed man.......

Like all EB Games stores, the staff here are attentive, helpful and friendly. They always remember you when you come in and treat you like a friend. The store has an amazing range of video games and the new Zing section is loaded with great loot too. I always make time for a stop in at EB Games even if just to browse.

I am giving a zero rating to this shop as I bought a game for my partner as a surprise and he didn’t want it so went the 4th day to return and the manager refused to refund, I assume they don’t consider consumer policy anything . Anyway, he had to go to center place to return it wasting his time and energy over this simple return as the packaging was original , it was unopened which was clearly evident and still this hassle , I would recommend this shop to nobody . Disgusting people who do this to customers , poor service skills and equipped with zero regard for anyone .
