The Wax Room

Erica is seriously the funniest person I have ever met. I had a spray tan for a special event and I got compliments all night. My tan faded evenly and the colour just like I’d been on holidays in Bali… amazing!I’m not big on giving reviews but this tan was so good I have to tell the world. Thanks Erica, I’ll be back!

This was a super positive waxing experience! The lady waxing me (Forgot her name) was professional and person and just overall fantastic! She was a busy bee but even with everything going on I felt like the only client she was with. I will certainly be back :)

Had an appointment with El ? today and she was great. Good job, super professional and really made me feel comfortable. They always have great value and are just good in what their doing. Highly recommend

Got some time on my hands to see if I can get my eyebrows done and saw this place could do them. I walked in and there was no one in the counter. I rang their bell and a few seconds later a lady comes out and I ask to see if I could get my eyebrows done. She asked if I had an appointment and I said “no”… she said “oh you need an appointment for us to see you”. Keep in mind this is a tourist town so I’m not sure why you would adhere to that so strictly… but I said look it’s just like a five minute job couldn’t you do it and she replied, “oh no it’s not a five minute job”. I’ve been doing my eyebrows in different places in the world and even if I timed it, threading doesn’t take more than between 5 to 8 minutes tops and these people do an amazing job, but whatever. She then insisted in appointment but they didn’t have one for another 6 days. Again keep in mind this is a tourist town; I guess others come here and stay for months on a vacation, I’m just not one of those and I’m here for 6 days… I guess since it’s a tourist town they don’t need more business and can dismiss people quite easily (not even trying at all to accommodate) since there is plenty for them and no repercussions for sending a potential client away. Well the same way I found time to come to your business and my time literally wasted, I’m finding time to give you a bad review. Maybe next time you will try harder and at least try to be nice to the tourists that provide the economy of this town and your business.

Came here for a Brazilian wax. I popped in and asked if they had any walk-in appointments, I was able to be seen straight away which was very convenient! My wax was done really well, and I would deffo recommend :)
