Called to confirm tyre in stock. I'm told Yes". Ordered via TradeMe. 1 week later I email to ask if it's shipped. No reply. 2 weeks later I ring multiple times. No answer. No tracking number

Awesome bike shop, which sells and fix all sort of bikes. They also sell a great selection of clothing with famous brands. There is a small waiting area with bike magazines and things. Staff is quite helpful and ready to assist you with any inquiries. Plenty of parking space and easy to access from anywhere.

Thank you to the team at Bike Lab for sending me new tyres for my ebike as I couldn't source new tyres in Auckland due to been in Level 4 lockdown longer. Very happy I can now ride and not get anymore punctures.

My gear cables needed replacing quickly after damaging them at Whakarewareua Forest. Hadyn was able fix them the next day which was wonderful. A few days later we needed seized pedals removed for transport, and again Bike Lab were brilliant and so helpful. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
