Super duper, unbelievable, dirty place. This Manukau site must need to shut down for deep cleaning, perhaps full renovation work required. Over to understand how Auckland council give them A+....floor, tables, toilets sitting place everything is extremely poor. Terrible

This is the third time we had such a bad experience at nandos Manukau Sometimes they dont have stuff available sometimes they treat you badly asking to change seat everynow and then. And today was the worst, They burnt the food we ordered. Such renowned food chains should keep up the standards to keep customers.Please upgrade your standard to keep your customers.

The place is really nice and employees are very friendly and accomodating. We went there early like 11am and they only have 1 serving of rice available, sad for me but maybe it was busy before we came in that makes the rice finish early. But still the experienced was lovely.

Worst Nando's I have ever been in.Service was terrible (due to short staffing no doubt), tables were totally disorganised (when ordering we were asked for a table number but there wasn't one so took a long time to resolve), and they couldn't serve me beer as I was told there was noone working who is over 18 (is that even legal?!)!The bread was stale on the kids burger, virtually inedible.I would avoid this restaurant until they can sort it out!

Already messaged my concern on Nandos official website! No response after 7 days!Please takecare of your staffs , they are stressed because of short staffs and that leading to poor customer service and missing items in orders!Please takecare of your employees and give them proper breaks!

Recently Nando’s took a nose dive in operations and service. Most of the branches can’t operate properly due to shortage of staff. Today we reached at 8:15 pm but the staff told us that the restaurant can’t take dine-in customers due to shortage of staff. We travelled around 20 km to reach here. What a frustration it has caused. No notice anywhere for this either online or on the door. See the attached photos.Better if this could be looked at and provide some better service to customers.

When ordering to take away I asked how long it was going to take. The service lady told me it will be 15 minutes which was fine. Half n hour later I'm still waiting for my order. While sitting and observeing the workers they need another staff member to help with the prep n cooking. When receiving my order their was no cutlery utensils to eat with my salad. The lady behind the counter should have advised it was going to be longer to wait. This the fourth time I have been here and their service has not changed. I will not be coming again.
