I have worked with Brett for almost 16 years. Throughout that time he has been both very professional and a good friend. I have always had good tenants and on the one single occasion I had a tenant who started to create issues for the complex, we were quickly and quietly able to get him out. I have enjoyed probably about 98% of full and good tenants. I would have no reservation at all about personally recommending Brett and his company.
