We have had a series of property managers in the property we rented, Dan has been far and away the most efficient, quick to respond and generally fantastic to deal with when we have needed things fixed, and when we were moving out. If you are looking for a property manager, I imagine he would also be great as an owner- he has high standards with great communication!

We have been dealing with Danielle for just over a year now and have been very impressed with her service. Danielle is always professional, helpful & very easy to deal with. Since becoming our property manager he has taken immediate steps to find us new tenants, and has organised to have the appropriate clean up and repairs made to our rental property. He is very professional, well organised, and highly efficient. He is excellent in all communication. He gets things sorted as quickly as possible, especially during COVID lockdown period when he was in regular contact with us, as we needed some documents urgently for our bank. I was a tenant with B&T Te Atatu for 1.5 years and have had 2 different portfolio managers. They were both professional, efficient and awesome to deal with. They go out of their way to assist you anyway they can and are great with communication. I would definitely use them for any rental properties, they have been nothing short of amazing.
