MECCA Queen Street

Maisha is amazing!!! First time getting into make up & she was very helpful! Would highly recommend her if you were to visit this store ☺️

Went into Mecca Queen Street this afternoon and I had the most terrible experience. I always go into Commercial Bay Mecca and get the best customer service but I thought to pop in the Queen Street store as I was closer and I will never again. No one helped me and instead I could see the workers faces through the mirrors making faces at me amongst themselves. So immature. I opened the drawers to grab an item and a worker came up and closed the drawer and told me not to open them! I understand that I was not supposed to but NO ONE approached me and helped so I helped myself. I don't think I will be visiting Queens Street Mecca ever again.

Rudest staff I've ever encountered in any Mecca store. I was looking at brushes and a staff member came over to me and proceeded to open a drawer at my feet without saying anything. Had I not moved, the drawer would've hit my legs. I moved to a different part of the store, another staff member nearly ran into me, again no one said a thing. As I was making my way out of the store I smiled at a staff worker, she looked me up and down and looked away. Do not recommend at all.

Had our makeup done today, can highly recommend this service! I had Ella and she was so awesome. Can tell she loves her job. Thanks Ella and the Mecca team ❤️

Placed an order just over a week ago for a chocolate face palette then received a call being told that it is out of stock and will be given a refund. I would recommend you say online if you will be out of stock instead of giving the hopes of your customers that it will be shipped within 1-3 business days but being told a week later that its out of stock. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing service by Jenny Jung.. I just went to buy body scrub and just enquired for some other skin products and then conversation landed to makeup. I ended up most of the products that Jenny tried on me!!!She is truly amazing and fabulous who knows products and skin very well.Did a great job and would recommend her advise for products.

Absolutely excellent customer service! Had to process an exchange twice (both products were faulty) and the girls were so helpful and understanding and didn’t hesitate to replace the items. The store also carries a selection of brands (more than other branches) and has quite a lot in stock. If you’re after a unique niche fragrance this is the place to go. I will always shop here. Highly recommend!

Been reading recent negative reviews about staff. Let me say, I've dealt with a similar circumstance. Yet, I didn't have to enter the store. It was late last year, I've walked down the street outside of Queen Street's MECCA, as it was about to close. But, something abrupt occurred, unprofessionally.There were two employees standing indoors near the front entrance, and I've got ganged up on, sniggered, criticized, and laughed at from both of them. I've experienced bullying from staff members there. That's beyond disappointing.Oh well, there's a silver lining there. If it weren't for both of those employees, I wouldn't have been in for a rude awakening. They practically saved me from potentially facing the worst shopping experience. I know where I stand.

We were helped in store today by Bridget today and it was a treat.. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was patient and took the time to listen to what we needed and her suggestions were all spot on! Friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable - a she is a real credit to your store !
