Stayed here for a few weeks when my daughter's flat flooded. Super helpful owners, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was full as the University was hosting a conference - total nightmare, but solved by this wonderful accommodation.

Excellent accommodation. Located close to the University of Otago (where we were working). Good parking, comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. Cable Court is easy to find, during my stay there were no noise issues. Best cooked breakfasts ever! Will stay there again.

Had room facing on to one way street... very noisy double glazing didn't dull the traffic noise. Outside light that went all night.. like sleeping in daytime. Have stayed before and had no complaints.

Great service with very friendly staff. Rooms are nice too.The location is where the University students living area is so lotsa fast food within 5min walk like MacD, Dominos, KFC. The down part is that it is a little further from town centre. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Was a much needed break while my husband had day surgery. Room was older but comfortable and had everything we needed except for older or disabled ppl the shower over the bath was an obstacle. The lady who ran it was just lovely

My son and I stayed here while we were exploring the university and it was ace. Ace hosts, ace location, ace amenities and really close to some lovely bits of nature. We'll most definitely be back!

Mananger Allie, Lindsay and the other staff made our stay at Cable Court Motel the best. I had a planned major operation and my husband stayed there during my recovery. Eleven days later I needed another emergency operation and he stayed at Cable Court again. Staff went over and above making him and I welcome. I stayed my last night in Dunedin there too. Great location in town too.

Easy to find when you arrive in Dunedin. Lovely room, warm, clean and spacious. Staff were so friendly. It has a real family and friendly feel. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.
