We met Karon at the Motorhome and Caravan Show in Auckland as we were interested in one of their ex-rental vehicles which we have eventually purchased. Her communication, help and patience with us has been greatly appreciated. Also Charles worked very hard for us and for that we are truly grateful. On pickup we were shown everything we needed to know with our many questions answered. Helpful counter staff also gave us some useful advice. Thanks again.

Very helpful staff. Everything at hand with workshop and retail shop. Just bought 1 yr old, privately owned Kea Nomad 700. Added a few accessories before we picked it up. Very pleased with van and overall experience. Thanks

We had a leak in our motorhome which was a design fault. Corey at RV supercentre Christchurch had repairs organised for us in 5 days and had us back on the road and able to continue our holiday. The service was efficient and prompt. Everyone at this centre is working to help the customer gain the most from their holidays, from Maurice the pickup driver to counter staff. Highly recommend

Very disappointed. We ordered and paid for 6 metre track 2 weeks ago from the RV centre in Christchurch for a click and collect from the store. We had not heard anything from them so decided to give them a quick call to find out where our track was as we wanted to install it on our motorhome before we went on holiday in the middle of next week. Upon calling them the person we spoke to said that they had not even ordered the track as they were not sure how they were going to get it down here with the length of it. Upon telling them that we really needed it by Wednesday next week as we were going away then and wanted our awning track installed before then they had the 4 metre tracks instore in Christchurch and we could get them. We then said would you give us two for the price of the 6 metre track as we as we need two 3 metre tracks that is why we ordered the 6 metre one to cut in half for our awning. They then said no we cannot do that. They then said that they had would order it and get it freighted straight to our home in the hope that it would get to us in time and they would not charge us for the freight (what is the difference between wondering how they were going to freight it to their Christchurch store as to freighting it to us, same track just to a different place). This is probably not going to happen as if it is coming from Auckland it is their Anniversary on Monday. Also as of today the status of our order has not changed so I am wondering if they have ordered it yet or not since our phone conversation and how long we would have been waiting for a product we have ordered and paid for due to it being placed in what we would call the to hard basket" and basically forgotten about. So it now looks like we are going away with no awning for shelter or shade due to the lack of customer service and lack of willingness to compromise to help solve the problem."

The internal handle on our Motorhome Cabin door decided it had had enough and broke away from the fibreglass door. This meant we had to shut the door from outside then clamber in through the passenger door. Called into RVSupercentre Christchurch airport 10am. Liz said come back at 2pm and by 2.45pm we were off again. An awesome repair job neatly done. Told us to wait 24hours before using. Totally delighted at the friendly service and speed. Thank you so much RV.

I’m loving my new camper van! A huge thanks to Sarah Beal for her friendly, helpful service! She was so patient while showing me all of the bells and whistles my vehicle has to offer. She is extremely knowledgeable and had no trouble answering my many questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying a camper van through the RV Super Centre in ChCh.

I purchased an Avtex Connected Series 23.8 Smart Satellite TV and bracket from this company. I went for a much more expensive TV with the expectation it should be trouble free. Straight out of the box and the TV has an audio issue with one of the speakers. I spent some time making sure it wasn't just a simple audio adjustment and even carried out a software update. None of this made any difference and it is obvious the left side speaker is inaudible. This $1100 TV has a major fault and considering I haven't even mounted it yet it should be exchanged for a fault free replacement.After contacting the Christchurch branch I have been given the run around by one of their staff members. First she told me I would have to send this back at my cost in order for it to go back to the supplier for a warranty claim. I stressed the fact that I had not even had this for two days and how it has a major fault. I reminded her of the CGA and how under this it should be replaced or refunded because of it's major fault. She promised me that her manager would call me to discuss the situation. I later got a phone call from her stating she would get this picked up at their cost and that another replacement would be sent upon arrival back at their store. I asked that she put this in writing via an email and she agreed to do so. I later only received an email asking for details of the best pick up address. I later spoke with another staff member who informed me that the manager is currently away and they could not promise a replacement on exchange until he is back.It is now five days since first receiving this new $1100 TV that is clearly not fit for purpose. I have had an email from the manager stating I need to return this back to their store. From there it will go back to the supplier for assessment. Meanwhile I will be without a $1100 TV that I purchased in good faith and at the mercy of this company and their supplier!!! Apart from their obligations under CGA this is not what I call very good customer service or back up on RV Super Centre's part.Update: The manager listened to the phone voice recordings and discovered I was telling the truth about the promise from the staff member that the TV would be replaced. I sent the TV back and the manager told me initially he could not hear any issues with the speaker. I challenged him on this and later compared it to another TV exactly the same to discover there was an actual issue. Their excuse was that they thought my complaint was that the speaker did not work?Anyway
