Jayne does a fantastic job in managing all aspects of our properties, we find Jayne open, honest and thorough and I trust her judgement 100% percent, It gives us great peace of mind knowing that both the property and tenants are well looked after and any issues resolved with the urgency they need. Jayne is fair but firm on both tenants and landlords and not afraid to remind us of our responsibilities too, I look forward to working with Jayne for many years to come.

There is not one bad thing I could mention about Jayne and the mahi she does for her tenants.While living at our previous property, the old landlord was very dominant, felt unapproachable and overall their demeanour was not pleasant to be around.However, all that changed once the owners fortunately decided to take on Rentals4You and Jayne as our new Landlord.Jayne had such a lovely and calm presence about her, is kind, caring and genuinely cared about us and that we were happy in our whare.Communication with Jayne was far easier and less stressful, as many tenants know the anxiety of having to message your landlord that something is wrong is the house.She was so easy to work with and at the same time is very efficient in her work ethic along with her very approachable and understanding nature.We will miss Jayne, however, we are very fortunate to be in a new whare that one of her friends takes care of through her own Property management agency, that is almost exactly like Jayne, and that is far more than we could ask for.I can not speak more highly enough of Jayne, and if you were ever thinking of doing business with her, I would highly encourage you to do so, you will NOT be disappointed.Thank you for everything you have done for us over the past couple of years, your work does not go unnoticed, and you are indeed a rare breed.Te Haupai DavisKapa Haumanu Ltd
