Really good did the work 3 other panel beats couldnt do so great guy

Went in today to get my bumper fixed and had the best customer service, he took my car in straight away and had it done within 3 hours. Completely fixed my bumper and polished it up perfectly! Affordable and best prices too! I got quoted over $1000 from 3 other places and he did the same job for hundreds $$$ cheaper!! AMAZING will definitely be using them for anything else I need repairing.

ZERO STARS!!!!! MR PAUL! You quoted us $160 to repair a crack in a car skirt. You said it would two weeks. 4 WEEKS later, NOTHING! Then WE CALLED and you asked us to come. Then you charged us $171.51. We don't have an issue with the extra fees. But YOU broke the skirt while trying to take it off coz you were impatient. You apologised and said you will repair it. We are good, so didn't make a fuss. Then when we came today, you made numerous, non-related complaints, condemned the car, then after fixing it, you made us wait 10 minutes before handing the bill. When questioned about it, you didn't want to accept your fault but made it seem like the car make is at fault, made racist remarks when we said we will call the police about it, you said that even the police wouldn't take our side as we are asians. You also threatened to break the skirt to pieces! I wander if it's your relatives who gave you the ratings on google, and ot genuine customers. We didn't see any professionalism from you from the get go. People like you are the ones who shoot innocent people in their churches. Let's see what the police has to say about this. I have proof of the quote and also the bill we ended up paying because we don't want you to damage our car. People, please don't go there, unless you support racism!

100% recommend this place. Great customer service, quick, friendly and all round great help w my car! Will certainly be back if i need anything else done!

I had a part that I had ordered online for my 1998 Toyota that I needed for my WOF (which had expired by a few days while waiting for part, so urgent!) it didn’t fit and Evan went above and beyond to fix it so it worked and very quickly. Cheers team!

Brilliant service, relatively cheap and quick. Best to organise a time to bring in your vehicle/motorbike (they were absolutely busy at the beginning of the year). Received a quote for $200, was charged $240.

Muzza and Paul have just been fantastic, they are experts in their field and have saved me a heap of money! Paul's customer service in particular is amazing, probably the best I've experienced from any business in Christchurch. He always goes the extra mile and is one hell of a nice guy.
