Nice but over worked staff. I was sent an online pre service form about things that may need looking at as the car is one of their Limited" models. Upon pickup the vehicle had not even been cleaned post service (most other car companies do this)

We recently purchased a near-new Hyundai Tucson from the team at North Harbour and had a great experience from start to finish. I unhesitatingly recommend this amazing bunch of automotive professionals.From the moment we walked in, Matthew Norton in the sales team became our new friend and was an absolute professional - relaxed, kind and helpful…and he expertly knew his product! We were there for a couple of hours, took 3-4 cars for a test drive and then got down to working out a great deal. We never once felt pressured…it was easy to tell that Matt really cares about people. Chris Ryan also made the finance conversation effortless - again, another expert with a mountain of experience.On pick-up / changeover day, it was one of those great life moments - a shiny new car, parked at the door to the showroom, a gift of yummy goodies and a beaming Matt handing over the keys. It doesn’t stop there - I popped in today and it was like greeting an old mate. Writing this review feels like an email to a good friend - thank you, Hyundai North Shore…what a team!!!

This is the third Hyundai I have bought from Isagani Isaac. I go to him each time I have upgraded because I trust him & have been satisfied each time

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by the service team. I handed in my Radio for repair back in September 2022, and despite waiting until February 2023 to get it back, the issue remains unresolved. After returning it for a second attempt, it's now been four months with no communication from the team regarding the status of my Radio. As a result, I've had to avoid using my car for the past nine months, as essential features like Bluetooth, reverse camera, and radio are non-functional.Trying to get updates from the service team has been an exercise in frustration. Every time I follow up, I'm met with vague responses like we don't know when you'll receive your radio back" or "we'll call you back

Isagani Isaac, the Hyundai sales consultant who guided me through the process of buying a brand new car for the very first time, made the whole inquiry and buying experience stress free and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He made sure I was well looked after, understood my needs and gave me the best deal. Having a kind and understanding sales consultant really makes a huge difference and I would happily go back to him in the future for investing in another vehicle.

The best dealership I’ve come across. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. Down to earth, friendly sales people and fast reliable service. The team was very quick in terms of meeting my needs and giving me the best deal. The car was in mint condition even better than the photos!

Nathan Kim as a sales person, was very helpful, informative, and responsive at getting back to me with any questions re purchasing my new vehicle. Very easy to deal with. Only suggestion is that perhaps information from office could be better managed as I waited several days for a trade-in price and also had to phone Nathan to request an invoice so I could get bank details to pay before collecting vehicle.Overall, I am very happy with the level of service from North Harbour Hyundai.

Isaac the sales person made the experience of buying a new car as enjoyable and relaxed as it could be. He was very easy to deal with and honest to us. We didn't feel that we had to negotiate to get a better deal. That was very important to us in purchasing a new car.
