I was served by a very kind man on Saturday 20/3/21 who was knowledgeable and seen me with a child and said I was a good dad plus a good trade discount which made my day. Need more people look this in the world. Will be doing all my business though these people.

Not too stoked with service. Went in to get a seal for my truck. Was told that all the suppliers are closed until the 11th of Jan and there was nothing he could do until then. Rang parts master wairau and spoke to Tom who instantly got hold of a supplier who then found our parts within 10 mins. Unsure of the guys name but won't be coming back.

As a kiwi mechanic Partmaster is my preferred auto parts store here in NZ and the only NZ owned auto parts network I'm aware of at the time of writing.I always get good service from the staff and normally the best price. All the other large auto parts stores are foreign owned and are clipping the ticket putting up the price for consumers.

These people haven't let me down on a parts request yet, and if you want to talk to a human being by phone they're available. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff and, so far, very competitive pricing.
