Not sure what the other reviewers know about falafel but these are definitely not genuine falafels. Not even sure what they are made of but had the consistency of a sponge and were yellow. Don’t think many chickpeas were harmed in the making. Wouldn’t go back.

Ali's Turkish Kebabs
Have tried this place several times over the past few years, hoping somehow it would improve but I’m just never impressed with the food. Kebab always seems to be drenched in too much sauce and just makes a big mess when eating it, and the flavour of the meat (chicken) is just never quite right. Nice workers but food just isn’t great.

Best kebabs we have ever had! The falafels were super yum and soft not dry like other places sometimes are, and the Bread used for the kebab was thin and fresh, so good! We will be back for sure!!

Awesome service ... fantastic food ... well priced and $32 is cheap for what i got to fed me and my children ... if i had the fundz i would have brought more ... highly recommended to everyone (singles, couples and family) im going back for more when i can ... thanks Ali all the best

I think this is Raglan only Turkish kebab shop. Came here for a weekend get away and tried this place out for dinner takeaway. Foods are not too bad. Nice small shop. Clean and bright. Tidy and helpful staff. I ordered a lamb kebab. Decent meat and vegetables. You can choose multiple dressings as well.

came from Auckland to this beautiful town for few days, tried Turkish kebabs from Ali's Turkish Kebabs yesterday. Amazing food, I would say best kebabs in New Zealand. although they were busy and try to be make everyone's food as fast as possible. staff was super friendly...highly recommended.

Fast service, nice food. Not quite as good re sauces and size of servings as our local Turkish at home, hence four stars. Nice to take down the beach to eat.
