We regularly buy your 80g popcorn (sweet & salty) and haven’t been that impressed with the last couple of batches. Popcorn doesn’t seem to have the ‘crunch’ that it used to and whilst still as tasty as ever, feels a bit soggy. Hoping things improve soon as they used to be our favourite snack.

We brought a packet of chocolate chip cookies and many were HARD as ROCK. Almost broke our teeth. I sent an email and have had no response yet. We couldn't even take a a knife to a cookie to try and cut it in half. Terrible and very disappointed.

I just tried the Chocolate chip cookies...ohhh my goodness so delicious!! A chocolatey thick cookie that sorts the sweet- treat craving! Well done!

Serious Puffs - real cheese, nice and light, crunchy but almost zero flavour. A real disappointment after having their popcorn.
