Versatile

This was a horrible experience. Our build took close to a year over our contract and what we had been told. Versatile went through 2x project managers then we had none. The owner has no customer service skills! And it seems no management skills either. I could write pages about this but as you can imagine ill never be recommending them. This cost us time stress and alot more $ than it should have. From my experience they just dont care. The council and tradies we have no problems with. As it all come down to poor communication and management!! If i could give a 0 i also would. We didnt even get an apology at the end for me thats just not on.

Battling for last 5 months to get problems fixed and still waiting. The concrete is shabby the building has patchy cladding and we still can’t close the door and secure our belongings. A recent try at putting things ‘right’ has led to the contractor putting a screw through our electrical supply. Would give a zero if I could a 1 star is too good

If I could provide Versatile Tauranga with a 0 rating I would . We contracted Versatile to build our Garage last year, and whilst we are more than happy with the finished product , the only people who can be thanked for this is the builder, the manufacturer and ourselves . We basically paid versatile for a ‘product’ as we project managed the whole thing ourselves, even down to gaining our own certificate of completion from the council, as it would seem they could just no longer be bothered. Im sure there is not enough space in this google review to name all the things we were let down on - but in return for this experience, we will not recommend using Versatile Tauranga to anyone . The owner has 0 customer service skills and no one to project manage - so the whole thing is a sham . Very very disappointed with this franchise - and they will continue to give the Versatile brand a bad name unless something drastic changes .Re response from Versatile head office below - there was no resolution , apology or communication whatsoever received in response to this review .
