Fantastic service. I was having difficulty getting hold of a book, in time for Christmas. Regular email updates let me know expected delivery times and the book arrived this week. Thanks you so much and Happy Christmas!

Another person with a terrible experience ordering online. Book didn't show up despite money going out of my account, emails unanswered, ineffectual phone service from someone who seemed to care so little that I can only assume this is a common occurence. Been promised that a refund is processing... will believe it when I see it. AVOID.* Update: finally got an apology email from owner, refund and the book sent to me free of charge. A late save that could have been avoided by just answering their emails in the first place.

Managed to find an old cookbook. Anna & Co. were extremely helpful, explained everything and posted the book to me to Australia. An excellent customer service. Highly recommended store.

I ordered a book for my partners birthday(August 2022), hoping it would arrive pretty fast as it was only coming from Auckland. I called the book shop and a very rude dismissive woman said that it was arriving from a shipment. She said she would email never did. I emailed several times and called and they said it was coming over the phone!!!! I’m still waiting for this book!! Never received a email saying how sorry we are or would you like a refund. It was very unprofessional on their behalf. Still waiting for refund!!! Would be great as they are not cheap books!! I ended buying the book from The Nile and received it within 5 days. I hope you can give other customers some better customer service and answer their emails.

Unfortunately like everyone else who purchased a book online I have never received it. Booked ordered and paid for back in April have followed up numerous times and been told the stock has just arrive you should get it next week been told there’s been a delayed with the stock the book has been out of order for ages. Never receive a call back I am always having to chase, poor and lack of communication. Don’t know where to go from here as I just want a refund at this point the book was for a birthday that has now been and gone over 2 months ago… will never purchase from here again and would not recommend others do either.

Great little cook book store.Went in to collect a book I had ordered for pick up a couple of days before Christmas, but when I got there the shop assistant informed me they had couriered it out. Worried it wasn't going to make it in time for Christmas, they gave me the same book off the shelf, gift wrapped it then had the couriered one recalled.Fantastic customer service!!Will shop here again.Thank you.

My daughter (in Australia) ordered something for me on 22 August for Father’s Day (6 September). It is now 2 October and no sign of anything yet. Excuses given are “the courier tried to deliver but wasn’t successful” even though I am retired and at home almost all the time and “the courier lost it, I’ll resend it” - that was a week ago. I think they are just full of BS. Avoid their online business at all costs!

Super cute cook book store with a lot of different types of cuisine books. The staff are also super knowledgeable about different authors and what not!
