It's just awful not just the sore ears in the stairwell but the price is outrageous. I'm from Northland and shopped in the city today with my children. We spent 3 hours shopping. We noticed alot of shops empty which shows Wilson parking rices is adding to the lack of people coming to shop here. I paid $52 to park and see empty shops in the CBD.

Yesterday Sunday took a good friend of mine to the Auckland Art Gallery who is in 81 years old. We were there for 3hours cost $26.00 for parking. Which is shocking. Could be why Aucklanders dont want to visit the City. Greedy owners. Wayne Brown needs to sort that out as well.

$39.50 for less than three hours on a weekday afternoon. Total rip-off! I nearly cried. Also, the ramps are very narrow and it's generally a small, pokey car park. Go to Victoria Street instead.

Completely incorrect pricing. Sign on entry says $3 for weekend parking on the entrance I went in at, on the other lane it says $13, then I was charged $20 and that was what was on the charge rate on the pay machine on a small laminated sign. Person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful - no way to get out without paying the $20, which is clearly against the Fair Trading Act. I parked on Saturday between 11am-2pm

Wonderful helpful customer service reps but the car park is pretty badly maintained. Broken glass almost on every level currently, the elevators seems to only been cleaned once a week and the one on the left hand side is almost constantly out of order or not functioning to 100%. The stairs were flooding a couple days ago, I called Wilsons and the water still hasn’t been cleared up. I also wished there was more security as cars seem to be getting smashed into and robbed frequently.

This car park is not safe, two windows broken in one week!The support from the company doesn't exist. CCTV are mentioned on the advertising and on the web site, it seems they are not working or there is nobody to check!Very, very poor quality of service! the real value is no star.....

Very poor security and safety in this carpark. We have a car stolen 1 month ago from this carpark and another one with smashed window and stuff stolen today. There are often smashed glass on the ground.

Never go there. Extreme small parking space, cars got broken in all the time, and extreme narrow driving and turning lines.
