Visited McDonalds Bulls today. Was served by Ra at the counter. Wow! This lady worked like a well oiled machine managing orders. She was impressive to watch. Just wanted to acknowledge her great performance.

ORDERED : Family Share box & 20 nuggets.Great service from drive through. They got our order correct. Order came fairly quickly.Will come back here when passing through from Auckland.

I ordered. I paid. Store lost my order between window 1 and window 2. Go figure. Manager did get it sorted easily and quickly but no idea how that even happens.

The burger chain need serious staff training in Aus and New Zealand. If you are given the choice of ordering food with exclusions, you don’t want that ingredients to see inside your food when it was given to you. Took three time to get the correct ingredients. Need to train staff for awareness and culture sensitivity.

Great food as always. Play area super cool! Little bit messy but to be fair to the staff a LARGE group of rowdy kids had just come through and I did see them cleaning after they left!

Easy to access and plenty of parking. Service is quick.The kids play area is good but could do with a clean every so often, as it was very sticky and the children came out with dirty socks.
