Very easy to get your WOF done here, there isn't an outrageous wait time or needing to wait weeks to get an appointment. Done and dusted in a reasonable amount of time. The team here are friendly and helpful

Professional friendly service with clear explanations of what had been assessed including suggestions to prevent future issues. Reasonably comfortable waiting area.

Arrived with only one car waiting in front of me. 1hr and 40mins later got told my 4 yr old ute failed because the factory fitted towball didnt seem tight enough and needed to be 1 or 2mm tighter... What a joke. They also demanded to see inside my locked ute canopy? Go somewhere else if you value your time, these guys work at a snails pace, and charge $78 for the whole nitpicking nightmare. Wont be back.

The time we waited from the car driven in for checkup was 45 min, so no hurry, plenty of personal around and don't ask me what they were doing, toilet....outside on a portable wc, $73, including discount, it's grazy, most likely will not go back there

First time ever I went for my WOF here it will be my last. They treated me pretty bad told me thongs about my truck that I had failed on. When I went to get these things checked 2 out of 5 were correct. The rest was all in order, photos were taken from my mechanic to show what had failed was passable no work needed. When I went back they didn't like the result of my mechanics findings, they treated me like I had done a crime. What was worse they made me reverse my truck our of the bay he wouldn't do it but put the WOF on the driver's ides window . I'll be complaining with a written email to their head office. Not happy at all with how they went about things even the wof was taken back to the original Date that in itself was wrong

Super organised, great customer service, great communication and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Wait time is longer than usual leading up to Christmas so be prepared to wait or leave your car for a bit. Thanks again

I had to drive for 2.5.hrs to get there from my home, to do my restricted test... but it was worth it, the guy was so nice and made me feel so at ease, I was a nervous wreck but he was so nice and that helped a lot! Although I did make a few misteaks, the way he pointed out at the end was very kind, very good rest of the team too. 5 stars.I passed for anyone who was wondering lol.
