I was a little bit anxious as I’ve never spent a large amount of money on something without seeing it in person. And happily it exceeded my expectations! We bought a sleepout with a bathroom for a really good price compared to other suppliers.The interior paint job was perfect and the lights and switches were very modern. The shower and toilet all works just like in our home. The sliding door feels really high quality, very smooth.And the team at Titan really went above and beyond right from the beginning, looking up maps and access points to see how the sleepout could be delivered. They made the whole process seamless and helped us at every stage. We’re looking to buy another one next year and would 100% use them again.

This is exactly what we needed. We wanted some extra space for an office at our home in Dunedin. We had a difficult space to fit in, so fortunately Taylor created a custom size for us. I’m always hesitant about buying custom sizes as typically they charge you an arm and a leg. Not only was the price cheaper than the alternatives, the quality was amazing. Real solid sliding doors, big windows, nice carpet. Really impressed how they helped us find a solution to our space. Would recommend.

We recently bought a new office space from Titan. We couldn’t buy from their plans as we needed a specific size to fit on our section, which we thought would end up pretty expensive. But they didn’t charge more for doing this and the price was much less than we were expecting. We even had some tricky requests around adding CAT6 data cables and multiple ports, but the whole thing was seamless. Really happy with the new space!

We needed an extra office space for our home. But we were struggling to find a design that would fit in our backyard while still staying within exception rules. We ended up asking for a custom build through Titan. They responded within an hour with a plan and we ordered a few days after that. really happy with the result and the cost was actually less than their current designs as it was slightly smaller in the end.

We first heard about adding a cabin to your rental property by listening to Ilse from Opes Accelerate on Property Academy podcast. We thought it’d be perfect for one of properties that has a backyard. So we ordered a double bedroom cabin from Titan hoping for the best as we’d never done it before. And we were blown away. We ordered it & it was delivered 4 weeks later! Our rental income increased by $200 a week immediately as the existing family was able to include 2 more family members in the rental agreement. Didn’t have to do any consents or anything. Cabin was perfect, exactly what we asked for. We plan to buy another one from Titan for another property soon!

Our 49m2 2 bedroom home was delivered a month or so ago. Really happy with the finish. We got to choose our own colours for the exterior and interior so it was like designing our dream home. the space works really well. Taylor and the team were really helpful and made the whole process easy. Would recommend working with these guys.

We needed a sleep-out for a rental property to add 2 more bedrooms. A few investor friends of mine recommended Titan. The team at Titan really went above and beyond to help find a solution to a tricky site where we were close to the height to boundary restrictions. They were really quick to respond and helped me customise the colour scheme so it matched the main house. Best of all they delivered it within 4 weeks of ordering. And from what I could see, their pricing was the best in the market too. Really impressed with these guys and I’ll be recommending them to other investors too!

Don’t often write reviews, but this was a great experience. We spend quite a long time researching and talking to different companies. Titan was very helpful and was happy to answer all of our questions over many weeks! In the end we went with Titan because they had the best price and they knew what they were talking about. They helped us navigate all the intricacies of what was needed on site and gave us all calls to check in throughout the process. The sleepout was delivered on the day we originally asked for, delivery happened with no problems. The sleepout itself is amazing. Super sturdy, nice solid sliding doors. We were worried about if it’d get cold at night, but they use really dense insulation for floor, wall and ceiling. 10/10 experience and have been recommending to friends

We bought a 1 bedroom home but we wanted to customise the size of it to fit our site which they did at no extra cost.The team is super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. They really know their stuff in regards to what’s possible in my area based on new zoning rules etc.Our home is cozy and stylish. We customised the interior and exterior colours to match the theme we were going for.They worked within my budget and managed to squeeze a few extras in based on the budget and what I was looking for. Would recommend these guys
