My husband left a bottle of wine in the taxi. Called green cabs at same time driver dropped it of at our house. Outstanding. Your honesty and service is why Everyone needs to use our reputable long standing taxis !!

Booked a green cabs taxi for pickup at queenstown Airport but it did not show up. There were plenty of other taxis around but imagine if there wasn't. What is the point of booking a taxi in the first place. Will stick to queenstown taxis , reliable and efficient

My family with 3 kids, 2 under 5 used this taxi service for the week we were here. They were fast in pick up, friendly and more affordable than other services. Were really understanding and accommodating when I struggled with my younger children. Highly recommend, thank you!!

Called to organise taxi pick up, 10 minutes after booked time and still no show. Called up and was told that the trip was cancelled even though this was not possible on our end. Very disappointed that they were not able to fulfil their service and tried to blame it on the customer.

Quick pickup after we had called and requested a ride. Our driver (after picking us up) even recommend a scenic walk we could do on our way back rather than needing to get another cab, as it was primarily a downhill return.

Cought twice on way from airport and then return. Booked via the hassle free app and got estimate which drivers did the same price. Both taxi drivers arrived on time and called to say they were approaching. Very good communication and reliability from both drivers turning up exactly on time. Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Thank you heaps the two gentleman that made our holiday hassle free was much appreciated!!

Reg # JSU107 on 2nd of April at about 2 pm at Airport taxi stand. I tried one of taxies from Airport expecting a good service as my usual cap, Blue Bubble Queenstown taxi. The result is just disgusting and absolutely sick of a driver's attitude and over the speed limits and dirty practice. He didn't even respond my gentle greetings thanks and bye. He's just gone. Even offered a dirty cash discount without a receipt. The worst experience and I will never use this filthy Green Cap Taxi. Their reputation showed the truth and fact.

Called the night before we had to go to the airport and other taxis were fully booked or didn't have availability for 6 people and luggages. They quoted me $50-60 + $8 airport fee from Robins Rd and was charged correctly (no traffic though). Had Aaron as a driver and had a nice ride.

Thank you to our amazing driver William Cheng. He was booked by our shuttle service for our pick up. We then booked him to take us back to the airport and he arrived at the exact time we requested. professional service. Thank you.
