I had the best experience furniture shopping at big save over the past few weeks. Jonnette was genuinely lovely and provided us with excellent advice and encouragement with our choices. She really went out of her way to offer us her support and we appreciate it so much. I have been really happy with my experience and the furniture I got feels high quality.

Spent time at Big Save Furniture trying to sort some furniture for my family. I couldn't help but acknowledge the sensational service provided by Preety and Westley, they are two of the most approachable staff members I have ever met in retail, I was super impressed. Westley was fantastic with me, and helped me leave with everything I was looking for. Top effort guys. 10/10 recommend. Big ups team!

Over two weeks ago I called into Big Save Dunedin and was promptly sold two bed bases and a mattress. Only after I had paid in full did I find out that only one the bases were in stock, and that I’d have to wait til mid to late July to pick up the second base and mattress. Since I was in need of the beds quickly, I would not have paid if Id known ahead of time that I would not be walking away with what I paid for. I think it’s a bit misleading of staff to sell products without mentioning whether they are in stock until after the payment has been made. Im still waiting for the phonecall over two weeks later while my money is being used to generate interest in BigSaves big bank.Mark S - Sawyers Bay Dunedin

I had a great experience recently at Big Save - Marion Street. The customer service from Jonette was fantastic - she was very helpful and accomodating, especially as my order needed to be kept at the warehouse longer than anticipated. Jonette was super friendly and helped me pick the right couches and bed. Kam was also great as he ensured that all three of my purchases were delivered together. I'm very impressed with the customer service I received and will definitely be back to shop again. Thank you so much Jonette and Kam!

We needed a few items of furniture and found a good selection at big save. Pretty at Wellington Store was really helpful, explained everything we needed to know. Gave us a quote and was able to get us extra benefits after consulting with her team leader/ manager. She followed up a few days later with information she had promised. We went back in and purchased the items and Pretty has arranged delivery to suit us. What we really appreciated was how knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy and yet really personable our experience was. We felt valued were shown other options that they didn’t have on display via a touch screen that they could get in. We feel the furniture is really good value. We are very happy and have recommended Big Save Wellington to friends.

I had brought my family into Big Save with the kids, the staff member Wesley was super helpful with not only us but our kids as well. Great product of beds and sofa beds and took great care to ensure we were happy and also kept our kids happy. Great service and we will be back!

Paid for a bed at the start of March. Still haven't received it. They said it was ready for delivery, cleared schedule, then they said they 'lost the mattress' and had to reorder it. Staff constantly say they'll phone us back and don't. Still haven't got a date when it'll arrive. Will be contacting the Commerce Commission.Update: after constant hounding, got the bed 8 weeks after I paid for it.

The service in store, and the delivery were fine. But it took three months for the product to arrive, and the only updates were when I called to ask. The product itself looks fine, but the instructions for construction aren't clear. I can't actually put the product together as I need to get a drill rather than the screwdriver the product says to use. Called the store and was passed around three times before got an answer.
