Fitted stacker doors - they pulled up the carpet which we were never told about. Job is still unfinished 8 months later - they wanted payment before the doors were installed just to not finish the job.Have called, emailed and left messages numerous times, always saying they will get back and never do. Terrible communication

A phenomenal difference for us in going from 1976 single-glazed aluminum to thermally broken Low-E double-glazing in terms of quietness and temperature. Minimal disruption for installation, friendly service, good comms.

Very disappointing to deal with. Slow or just no communication. Don't seem to be bothered about getting new work. Wasted a lot of my time. Would not recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had dealing with the incompetence of this firm. Completely incorrect measurements, with no acceptance of responsibility for this. They changed the colour with no consultation even though we were matching with some existing frames. The customer service was appalling. We cannot believe they are still in business.
