Initially I spoke with a woman on the phone from the call centre in Tauranga. She was very lovely, cheerful and patient whilst helping me to make an appointment. I wish I could remember her name so I could properly commend her great customer service today. I met with Mark at the clinic. He was super chill and a great guy to be around. Helped me relax and made me feel comfortable. Engaged me in conversation about our travels around the South Island and made the process feel like we were just having a beer together. Great team all around and will be my first contact should I need you in the future. I do hope these comments get passed onto staff so they know they’re doing a grand job.

Mark saw me at short notice just before Christmas. He took the time to listen and understand what my issues were and then explain very thoroughly what he thought was going on with my feet. I felt that I was in very competent hands. Highly recommended.
