Challenge
I go to the bakery next door a lot and despite repeatedly advising Google that I haven't been here, it always pops up. Anyway, my neighbors purchased a very loud party speaker from Challenge and he's stoked with it. Noise control have shut him down twice now. So if you want a loud speaker, see these guys. :)

Challenge
I have been to this place many times to buy mobile phones. Although the prices are good the staff is useless. I would call before going since I live an hour away and I'd enquire about a phone and a specific colour it comes in and the staff confirms they have the product. But so it happens when I get there they do not have it. This place would be good if staff was more reliable and good with enquires but then again the prices are good. I have never filled up fuel here so I cannot comment on that.

The Challenge side is very organizedGood staff- friendlyGood instore prices.Havent been to impressed with the instore mobile tech store though.. need staff to get permissions from customers regarding taking their items out of the store to be repaired or worked on. Went to collect my items to find they were not at their shop.Was not too happy about that. Customer should be informed.Other than that have had no worries.Local and convenient

I got an email yesterday of 15c off a litre at Challenge Massey on Wednesday(Today). I went in this morning to fill up my car and noted that it was still showing 2.31, same as yesterday. I said to the lady at the counter that it has changed and the 15c is not taken off. She told me to come back later as the haven't changed it. This afternoon I drove past , its now showing was 2.37 now 2.22. All I can say is Im not getting gas there anymore. Ripoff-dishonest. Do you think we don't take notice of daily costs.

Friendly staff. Plenty on offer.Strange to have a mobile phone and computer shop in a gas station, but no reason to knock some points off for that reason.

Abit over the top,it should concentrate on being a petrol station and offer that service first and do it right!!an over crowded gas station,offering too many different business ventures under the one roof..Customer service is horrible and rude with there ambush sales of cellphones,computers and other rubbish..I'm here to get gas??""

This gas station is great. They have a range of different foods to grab for a quick bite to eat. They sell cellphones and accessories. They also sell vape products and vape juice.Not the cheapest gas but good for a quick top up and a bite to eatFriendly staff and good service. Happier to go here than some of the bigger flashier gas stations in the area.

Customer service skills need to be worked on. Hit or miss on weather you're going to be greeted pleasantly or not. One guy is awesome though. Always has a smile and is very polite.Another guy never offers plastic bags and so you have to ask. (Cmon guys, if I have 4 breads and 2 milks, it's pretty obvious that I would like one, weather I'm in a car or not!!)Overall, the shop is always clean.
