I asked for a physio who had experience in the field I needed help with. Sadly, this didn’t happen. I was also given acupuncture and when I got off the bed and got ready to leave, I was in a lot of pain, and she realised she had left a needle in. I didn’t return.

Rebecca is a wonderful physiotherapist, I feel like I have struck gold! Erana is always friendly and helpful at the front desk. They can do your southern cross claim on the spot - makes life so easy! I tried dry needling and it's amazing. The only minor downfall is figuring out where you can park as lots are reserved (I park infront of the vegan cafe) thumbs up to the team at lifestyle. Oh and their txt reminder service is awesome too!!

Great physios . Was able to get an appointment straight away. Becs is great and listens to your needs. I totally recommend this place as I have been going to a chiropractor and seeing Becs and Tama have been the only ones to have eased my pain in my spine

I highly recommend Georgia, she is absolutely lovely and makes you feel very comfortable as well as teaches you how to implement small changes in your everyday life to maintain progress made in sessions.
