Really sorry to hear that Toni felt she did not have a good experience with North Shore Chiropractic. My wife and I have been going to the Glenfield practice for at least 8 years now, if not longer, and Dr Wayne and Dr Gian have been nothing but professional, caring and expert in all they do.They have a modern practice with new equipment and X-Ray machine and run regular courses covering all aspects of health to empower their patients to make better choices in this area of their lives.I am very sure that my weekly adjustments not only keep me pain free but also helps my overall health. I know they have helped many individuals and families over the years as well as new mothers and babies. There are a large number of people who would agree given the same faces I see there each week.I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I don't feel any changes after 12 setions i feel disappointed so badly, i thought going to chiropractic may change my problem. They do the setions for 5m less and i payed 50box every time i go. What i really want of kind of is like on YouTube they seems doing so well and you could see there changes after 15 to 20m setions.

Hi all, ok so I would normally not do this however I feel that upset and ripped off. I just spent the last hour and a half at NORTH SHORE CHIROPRACTIC in Forge Road Silverdale, I had a consultation, my 4 month old also had one and the lady put her hands on her for all of 2 mins and told me what was wrong but did absolutely nothing to help her. I then basically had to beg for her to do an adjustment there and then (which was the reason I went there as I am in so much pain from having bubs,and was so close to crying when she first toldme she wouldn't help me) she gave me a very quick and light adjustment that feels like she did nothing and then charged me a HUGE $200, then told me she wouldn't do anything more until I went to Glenfield to get xrays and I had to attend a 90min group session 4pm on a Wednesday with a bunch of strangers to teach me to have better posture, WHO has time to do that with a 4 month old??? So $200 down the drain and still in as much pain as when I went there and nothing done to my baby either........hence why I feel completly ripped off!!!!!!!!!! They should not call themselves a Chiropractor if they are not going to help you there and then, and they should be very upfront that they do not do adjustments without xrays and that they consultation cost does not include any adjustments, they also need to be more upfront about how long they take and be more mindful of Mothers with babies if they want anymore repeat business. I understand their concept however it dosen't suit everyone and if they had of been more upfront on the phone when I booked and would never have gone there and wasted $200, I could have gone else where and had instant relief plus gone back 3 more times for regular adjustments for the same amount of money. REALLY dissapointed and feeling VERY ripped off.

I have been going to North Shore Chiropractic for about 5 years, I first visited with an ongoing neck problem which I'd had for a few years. In a word they are excellent and I'm absolutely positive that the regular fortnightly adjustments I receive keep me healthy and pain free. Since then my husband has also become a regular fortnightly patient. Drs Wayne and Gian are great, very experienced and the relaxed environment really puts me at ease. I continued my regular adjustments during pregnancy and took my son for his free adjustment soon after birth. My husband and I have since signed him up so we now all go fortnightly and I think we are better for it.I can highly recommend North Shore Chiropractic!

I went in after getting a booking for a special on Facebook. Best chiropractor clinic I have been to. I’ve been to several. Very clean, friendly, professional and informative staff.I’ve had 2 sessions thus far. One was background/consultation/X-ray and the other was projections on how to resolve the issues shown on X-ray with a start on alignments. They have a plan of expectancy they are looking for which are not guarantees but happy with the service with some idea on hopefully where my health is headed. Which is miles above the info and service I’ve had from previous clinics. Even the alignments feel they are hitting the spots to rectify my soreness through my spine and neck from one visit which I haven’t experienced either.Looking forward to continue to go back. Highly recommended. Very professional and friendly. Also flexible with times and surprisingly affordable. Ive been going for about a year now, and it had changed my life, from waking up with back pain and headaches everyday to none existant. Living and loving life again!

Absolutely brilliant! Never felt better! I'm sleeping better at night...well actually I AM sleeping for a change! Body feels amazing. No more aches and pains!

Helped me immensely, for me I had immediate results/improvement. Staff friendly, understanding and professional. Glad they take ACC. Really liked that they did xrays on first visit and lots of info was given to me as well as the time taken to explain it to me clearly.

I am sorry to hear that Toni is so upset however my experience with North Shore Chiro has been the complete opposite. Both my girls ages 12 and 9 attend the Glenfield practice every fortnight and have been for the past 3 to 4 years. Dr Gian and Wayne are great with children and are very professional in their approach to dealing with my kids.My two daughters are very active and dance up to 4 times a week which is why we have them at regular chiropractic care. We were referred by a dance teacher who noticed my older daughters posture was very twisted. They both have a better posture and injuries they happen to get are dealt with very quickly.I would highly recommend North Shore Chiropractic if you are looking for a professional, relaxed practice who look after you 100%.

I'm so glad I got an Initial Consultation Deal, my back had given me grief for years and I never could figure out why. After getting xrays I learnt exactly what was the problem and could start fixing it. After 3 months so much of my pain was gone and in areas not even related to my back. The progress xrays speak for themselves.
