Rang from Christchurch and spoke to a lovely lady who organised flowers and chocolates to be delivered to our friend in Richmond. Having seen the photo's the chocolates were almost as beautiful as the flowers.Very happy. Excellent service. Thank you.

Living in Perth, I needed flowers delivered for a friends birthday. It was such an easy transaction, great communication from Cathy. What was delivered was absolutely beautiful, the most amazing arrangement of stunning colours, and a beautiful gift basket. Ordered flowers to be sent out today for a birthday surprise, however was sent Monday (yesterday) spoke to them this morning was told that they would send a small bunch out today for apologies which I thought was great. To found out they sent a box of chocolates instead. Super annoyed

Amazing service and Beautiful floristry.I messaged them 1 hour before I needed a big bouquet made up in white and green, not only that but it was also a Saturday.They made it up with no stress at all and did a phenomenal job.When I came in to pick up from the store, there was the masterpiece perfect and put together, the ladies there saw I had my hands full with my 8 month old baby on my hip so they went and got a trolley to pop the bouquet in and walked me to my car...even strapping the bouquet in my car for me.... I can't recommend enough! Customer service was A+++
