Great experience buying my Audi s3 this week. Chris was super helpful and made me feel at ease purchasing a car online - I flew to Tauranga on Tuesday, someone was there at the airport to pick me up - We had a full walk around of the vehicle and for a 2014 model.. it was pristine!You can tell the team take real pride in their vehicles and I'm super happy with everything. 10/10

Unfortunately was not happy with my purchase here. Had an uneasy feeling with deflection of questions when buying car but poor decision and went ahead with it. Car ended up needing a new motor as I see someone else posted about too. Funny enough now my friend who bought form here needing a NEW motor too. Regardless of warranty or not I’ve never heard of that so much before.

Good quality selection of European motor vehicles. Always seem busy when we have popped in on 2 occasions.If it wasn't for a sweet deal on our trade in with another dealer I am so sure I would have brought a car from copping motor co as I had my eyes fixed on a vehicle there.Next time.

You can see why Chris and Copping Motor Co has such great reviews. I recently purchased a car and the quality of the stock at this dealership in my opinion is far better than other dealerships. The cars are immaculately presented and groomed to a high standard. Chris is honest, takes the time to answer any questions you have, and goes out of his way to give you a enjoyable experience. You can tell it is his business as he genuinely cares about getting a good outcome for his clients. He does the small things well, for example, unprompted he organized a spare set of keys to be made at no cost (which are expensive), organized some minor fixes no problem, and put a half a tank of gas in the car and spent 20min running me through all the buttons/features in the car after purchase and setup bluetooth etc. If I need another car or know anyone who does I will have no hesitation in recommending them see Chris.

Great people to deal with. I bought a VW from them on Trademe and the service was amazing. I dealt with Grayson and Chris the whole time while in Hawkesbay and there was a seemless delivery of my new car fitted out with modern upgrades. My only fault was their installation person wasn't worthy of this 5 star review, I had to do my own improvements to a few things which are now working perfectly
