They have super kind staff and gave us all the time we needed helping us pick out what we need. They do anything and everything to help out and have amazing hospitality, we definitely left with huge smiles on our faces and hundred percent recommend this store to everyone.

Love. There really is nothing else quite like it. We’re for love. However, with recent events I would suggest your store assistant in Hamilton practices otherwise!After my brother proposed to his partner over the weekend she took her stunning MH ring into the Hamilton store to have resized. The store assistant replied with “this is not an engagement ring, this is a promise ring”. He then proceeded to try sell her a $6000.00 ring. (He’s talking to the receiver not the buyer). My sister in law felt so embarrassed. Good on him, he totally deflated her feeling of excitement, of riding her rainbow, and feeling so loved and special.I just want you to know that the comments made by your attendant in your Hamilton store have had a huge negative impact! Unfortunately, we are going to have to navigate ourselves out of a very unwelcome experience.I don’t know what a ‘promise ring’ is but what i do know is that any gift is the result of an act of love.Here’s me praying no other women/couple have to go through an experience like this as I know how amazing MH staff where I live are incredible (Hawkes Bay). I hope this man reads this and has a bit more respect for customers in the future!!!!

Very disappointing experiences in general. Did not feel welcome from Staff members and product knowledge was poor as well. Especially tall gentleman who was on shift was clearly not motivated to work. Perhaps review store professionalism as this store clearly does not add any value to the store reputation.

Very informative assistant who listened and made helpful suggestions to suit our requirements

We had a very unpleasant behaviour from a staff. She was not welcoming and we were bit disturbed on her behaviour. We love this brand and want to teach your staff how to behave to a customer. Won’t be visiting the centre place, Hamilton branch again.

Really pushy sales lady there. I said i was just looking 2 times, then she kept trying to spark up a sales conversation and kept going. I ended up walking out because of how pushy it was

Got served by Alice here and she was amazing! Really friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable about the engagement rings my friend were looking to purchase as well. Very helpful with sorting out the payments as well. I’d come here again to shop :)

Always an exquisite experience to visit here. Never leave empty handed but fully satiated.
