31Oct16 A management consultancy that does work for New Zealand's Ministry of Health and other agencies. Occupying part of a floor in a refurbished warehouse offering facsimile hipster environment's Allen & Clarke rolls with an edgy corporate message on the reception wall. They have their own methodology and highly qualified principals plus contractors as you'd expect but systematic cause and effect analysis / thinking was not evident in contacts with me this year.
