I was very impressed by the service I received. The guys turned up early, were very clear with what my options were and then quickly completed the job. They were very lovely and also showed me the best settings to use for our house. Excellent service all round from booking through to completed job. I will not hesitate to call the team again if/when needed and would be happy to refer them to others.

Congratulations to the HRV team! I had issues with crying windows on cold nights and a friend said HRV worked pretty well. I was skeptical to be honest but thought I'd get a quote. The quote felt reasonable to me ( about the same price as a single heat pump in one room) for a system with 7 vents throughout my house. I decided to go ahead and the two guys (sorry I have forgotten your names) doing the installation were brilliant - very friendly and always checking with me if I was happy on location etc. They did a fantastic job! The result - unbelievable improvement overnight. I really can't believe the difference. A huge thank you!!!!!
