Little Havana Bar & Restaurant

Yummy!! Ceviche was fresh, I put hot sauce on mine, delish. Partner had the Steak with chimichurri Sauce, salad & chips I had a seafood Paella, was so full of flavour loved it. Kids had chicken nuggets and chips, can't go wrong there and was topped off with complimentary ice creams for them as well. We all really enjoyed our meal. Thank you.

Had a great dinner here. Food was fabulous, staff worked very hard looking after all of us. Good atmosphere and good service, Food, a good feel of Cuba. Will come again.

What a great night out! Even though kitchen had closed, and all other establishments had turned us away, we stumbled on the Little Havana. Pete and the lovely staff took us in and feed us a perfectly cooked scotch fillet with ceviche and topped it off with their speciality dessert, the Castro Cigar. What a great atmosphere and a night to remember. If you want to experience a little taste of Cuba then you must check them out.

Stunningly great food, beautiful flavors and great atmosphere. Cocktails are amazing and the mojito will run your car. Absolute must come here.

The owner is a classic: seating customers and coming to see how the food is, chatting with his customers when he is free. We especially enjoyed the decor and the genre of Spanish songs set at a perfect level where you can still enjoy a conversation and the music at the same time. Growing up in Florida I wouldn’t say it is authentic Cuban food, BUT it was delicious with a Spanish flavour and such an amazing atmosphere. We had the scotch filet, mojito chicken, ropa vieja and all were immensely enjoyed. The Cuban cigar dessert was a clever idea and loved by all. Even though some would say it is pricey we look forward to dining there again.

Awesome food and amazing service! I can recommend the Pork belly as an entree, the traditional Cuban pulled Beef and rice dish and the lime cheesecake. Will come back again:)

Dined here recently. Ordered Ceviche, Calamari and Mussels with Fries.Overall rather underwhelming food. Ceviche portion was small although it was fresh, maybe a bit too fresh? usually takes 5-10 minutes for the citrus to cook the outside of the fish, whereas my serving contained completely raw fish. I felt it lacked all the flavours you'd usually find in a good Ceviche.Calamari was pretty good, again a rather small serving for the price. The Chipotle sauce was flavourless.The Mussels.. $25 and the pot was less than half full with 10 small Mussels, cooked in a broth that completely lacked any flavour. It was floury, pale red broth that had no spice at all despite the menu stating it contained chilli, peppers and coriander, it seems there was none of that. The Mussels were really disappointing to be honest!The beer battered fries were fantastic, although they came with a salsa which somehow lacked any flavour.The servers are young and very clearly new to the job, but they were trying hard so can't fault them. The owner was actively involved in the running of the restaurant, but had an unusually impatient way of talking to his patrons.All in all a bit of a disappointment. I left the restaurant feeling hungry and underwhelmed. The premises is nice but I will not be returning in future.

Wow, what can I say the service was amazing the food exceptional and the all round feeling of the place just divine!I will definitely come back here next time I am in town.I had the Paella Cubana which was so tasty, my only complaint is... I wanted more. It was that good!The dessert I chose was their specialty The Castro" which was a chocolate cigar filled with baileys Mouse and an almond biscotti served with edible ash... a delicious and creative way to end a lovely meal. My Foance had the Churrasco and Pasionfruot and Contrieu Cheesecake. Which he loved."

We arrived late but the owner held the restaurant open for us. He was serving and did a great job reading the room, convincing us to try some sensational rum. The food was superb and excellent value. This place deserves to be permanently packed. Only sad we weren't able to return there the following day since the chef was off sick.
