Why can't they put letters IN the letter box not at the bottom where the milk bottle use to go, that is also open to the rain.

Shonky service,urgent OVERNIGHT service to deliver important papers from Lawyers in Warkworth to Albany.Left to pick up THURS 2/july received TUES.7/july.These were needed to go to Court,ended driving up to W'Worth Sunday to get another hard copy.Shame on DXmail for not delivering as Overnight Direct.If I had the option I would have given them NO STARS.

Being a courier service there should be some after hours phone number operating 24/7 for emergencies etc. These guys are the official courier service for deliveries to Immigration New Zealand I think. Staff members at the Penrose office are friendly and helpful.

The old guy that delivers around the otahuhu area always waves hello or always smiling. Love it! He even puts the A4 size mail at the front door because it wont fit in the mailbox. Awesome service.
