I would not trust this company. I was going to build a small 2 bedroom home for some elderly friends whom had fallen on hard times.I paid the deposit with a clause that if any council requirements made the project unaffordable the deposit would be refunded in full.The council made life hard so project didn’t go ahead, to get my deposit back required legal action.IN MY DEALINGS I FOUND THEM UNTRUSTWORTHY.Be warned.
