Over priced and a bit rude. Was a very rushed not to mention expensive consult that was over in less than 90 seconds which was just pathetic. then to be quoted almost double what 3 other clinics quoted for a very basic procedure. Would not recommend this vet for pets take them somewhere that cares!

The staff are amazing and I don't know how Kay does it but she has the magic touch when it comes to keeping our cat calm and quiet throughout his examination

We had to make the agonising decision last week to put our beautiful Simba to sleep - hardest thing we have ever done - the staff at Vetlife Richmond were fabulous- especially Chris and Lyndon who did all they could to try and save himDavid and Sandie

A sad experience 2 weeks ago when we had to say goodbye to our fur baby of almost 17years. Lyndon the Vet was wonderful and compassionate and always kind to our wee Dog

I have utilised them a couple of times to do export certificates for my service dog for our return back to Aussie. The staff have been very helpful and looked after my requirements each time. They have been great to deal with and are more than helpful when I have asked random questions (yes due to having a service dog I end up asking some very obscure questions). If you are looking for a place to look after your fur baby I would recommend them to everyone.

Great vet! Our cat was in need of fast treatment and the vet moved things around so we could get it done. Also regular ph check-ups and just great care in general. So happy we could save our wee guy. Thanks so much!!

Absolutely wonderful. So caring and kind when we lost our little cat to cancer. We have been coming here for years with both our cats, couldn't recommend them enough.

Amazing service and care. Our lad Sam got injured last week, with a huge gash across his chest. I only noticed it on Friday night and called into the Richmond branch after hours. Dr Sarah assessed him and cleaned up the area, gave some antibiotics and booked him for surgery the next day in Motueka. He was seen straight away, was sewn up and ready to pick up in 90 minutes. On Tuesday had a checkup and Sam's doing well. The prices charged are very reasonable. And the staff are really awesome. We're lucky to have such great vets in the area. I highly recommend.

Terrible, never go back, the women at the front desk are rude and thick, they think they are the most important people in the place, trying to see a vet is almost impossible and don’t bother leaving messages the women don’t pass them on, go somewhere else!
