Carelessly I, accidentally locked my car keys in my car at a petrol station and a recce. I rang a number of businesses who were fully booked and not that helpful. I rang these guys and within 20 minutes they were there. The guy sensed I was rather stressed because my dog was locked in the car and was incredibly patient, professional and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend using these guys.

Pricey, you're better off purchasing the same tool they used from trademe which costs under $20. To unlock a bedroom door cost me $185+ and after hours over $200 for a 2 minute job. Response time is quick and provided a fast & friendly service, was out the door within minutes.

My 1st experience with them was very bad. The attendant promised to visit my house to access what type of key I needed, he got my details but never called or visited.I went online and booked for a visit from their website...there was no place to access the price of the service...I called and they promised to call back but didn't.I went online and booked the service and the people came and charged me a call out + key charge of $218. I obviously refused to pay.The person was kind enough to send the key details to their office and I went there to pick up a key for $35. Imagine if I didn't insist on not paying.Their prices are not on ther website. The customer service is very poor and very vague about pricing. I'll probably avoid using them in the future.

I had a new key being made and asked them to cut 3 keys, I was told it would take 3 days. I waited and hadn’t heard from them so called up. The guy says the job is all gone, but when I arrived, he hadn’t cut my extra keys. He tries to send me away to come back later, I say “please refund me so I can get them cut somewhere else then” “we can’t refund you we already ordered the keys they are on their way” “please refund me” this continues for a while but I’m hesitant to leave without the keys I’ve already paid for. Man *suddenly finds keys he can use and cuts them for me in 15 mins*, while on the phone on a casual call the whole time. Rude and lazy, I would not recommend.

The business as a whole was quick to respond to my urgent need. Ronald was friendly and quick. Very efficient. Downfall was the price but when you’ve locked the keys in the car and have no other option, this is the way to go!

Helpful enough. I'm sure they are good at their trade. Went in to purchase a battery for my car keys and was charged $20 to take out the old battery and to fit the new battery. Expensive 30 seconds.
