Greenlane Glass

There were multiple issues with the service delivery of Greenlane Glass Ltd. Starting with the supply of the glass. They had to remanufacture glass and revisit site multiple times, for what was a really simple job. The staff are rude and arrogant (to me, and my client). They absolutely struggled to deliver a satisfactory result (silicone around some glazing) even though they'd sent their 'best guy'. Megan in the office is rude. Danny, their glazier is incompetent, arrogant, and turns up with an attitude, and stinking of cigarettes. Nick did do his best to try and sort things, and knocked a couple of hundred off the bill. But I can't help but feel this company has a poor culture of bad delivery, appalling customer service, lack of self-awareness, and even fundamental aspects of glazing.

When someone told me that a broken mirror brings bad luck I did not believe it until I approached this company. The receptionist was very rude to me when I called up the next day to enquire when I could collect the cut mirror. On the phone, she said “Hello”, I introduced my name and asked when I could collect the mirror, she did not answer my question straight away but complained that I was very “RUDE for interrupting her” (what ???, for paying the mirror on time? Or for introducing my name??) If she loves to have a quiet and peaceful life, she can have it for as long as she could, I certainly will not going to use this company again and I will tell my friends as well.

This company is absolutely terrible to deal with, stay away from them at all costs. I booked in a time and date two weeks ago and had a gas oven disconnected so they could do their job on the day we agreed. When I called on the day to find out where they were I was told rudely they weren't coming because they were too busy! When I complained about their poor customer service they told me to go find another company! AVOID!

I had to have heavy shower door realigned. Very pleased with result.Price probably included call out fee but still reasonable.

I emailed Greenlane Glass to have a dog door fitted, they were very busy with a short week and two employees off. They managed to squeeze me in for a fitting that suited my work hours despite being very busy. When I had to reschedule due to understaffing in my own job, they kindly rescheduled me later in the week. Once the door had been sized, I received the quote the next day. A week later the door was fitted in 20mins, the fitter even txt me the morning of to confirm. Again they scheduled the job in when it worked for me. The whole time they kept me informed via email and Megan was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Greenlane Glass and would happily work with them again.

The team at Greenlane Glass were both fast and effective. Megan and Nick helped to get the glass I needed cut and prepped so I could get on with what I needed to do. Service is good and the pricing is great. Highly recommend that you check them out for your glass needs.
