Carmen is a superstar- she is so talented and does a really professional job. She is good at listening and advising what would suit you, and isn’t at all pushy. Her passion shines through while she’s working and her beauty knowledge is extensive. I felt totally relaxed and at ease… almost fell asleep a few times! Highly recommend Carmen and just wish I’d discovered her sooner!
