Awful experience, presented phone with a broken screen, was not contacted to pick it up when my email was given, screen was not put back in properly and is clearly elevated on one corner, covered in glue and they purchased a cheap screen replacement that did not have a fingerprint reader.When I inquired about the fingerprint reader not working, she got quiet when I told her I had replaced a phone before and knew there are two options for phone screens one is cheaper without the screen reader and the other has a fingerprint reader and is more expensive, she stopped answering questions once I had signed the paper and completely ignored me going silent while preparing the phone and receipt.Awful service, do not come here as you will get a cheap low quality replacement of your expensive device. The screen is very unresponsive and slow. Hope this helps
