I was served by Rangi today who sold me Fijian dollars. She was so helpful and fast and very friendly. We were not sure if Fiji had their own currency but not just telling that Fiji has its own currency she also gave us great advice on about how much a taxi could possibly be and also explained to us on the equivalent value of how much New Zealand we can possibly spend in Fiji. Thank you Rangi. Great start to a long awaited holiday

To be honest I didn’t think much of Travelex since they almost always give a bad rate of exchange but this time, I was greeted with a good exchange rate and a smile. Darren was extremely helpful and friendly. He told me the best rates for exchanging Fijian dollar and made it seem like I was the best customer in the world. This was a very welcome surprise after travelling for three days. 10/10 would recommend Darren

Evelyn was very efficient, friendly and welcoming. Evelyn was also clear and accurate about the rate and that fact that there were no commission fees to pay. Could not fault the customer service that Evelyn provided despite the time being 2:00am! Incredible that the exchange booth was open.

Went into House of Travel in Milford and Jai of Travelex was absolutely amazing. I am 72years old and he was so patient and pleasant and made sure I understood everything he did for me. He is a staff member you must make sure you retain. Fantastic customer service. I will definitely be back next time I travel.

Jau was amazing would eat with this person again they were professional, helpful and informative. He understood the requirements for the card and explained how do use it to my advantage and if I was unsure of anything how I could contact the business for guidance if required. Great service and well worth traveling the distance to deal with him in person.
