Both reviews are completely false and just a low level attack from people who have nothing better to do with their lives. Anybody out on their own knows you can’t please everybody and there are some plain nasty people in business. The ones that know me know I wouldn’t compromise my workmanship or integrity, nor rip anybody off, everybody makes bad calls at some point in life and everybody is capable of change. Standing up for yourself seems to be the most effective way to make enemies in my experience and these bogus reviews are a direct result of that.

I was put onto to tom at Radcliffe Diesel a few months back by someone at my football club who was trying to help him out with some new customers. I needed some work done on box body truck quickly as had a house move coming up. I was out west one day quoting a job so i took the chance to swing by tom's workshop hoping he was in.I went through open side door and called out but music was blaring so loud that got no reply. Wandered in a bit further and noticed Tom by his dreadlocks. He was sitting on a couch with a glass P pipe in hand filling the room with smoke. I turned round and headed back out of door before being noticed. Each to their own but the workplace is for work are my thoughts.I was going to leave it at that and did for quite a while until i bumped into the guy who put me onto tom in first place. He asked if i had been in touch and i said i hadn't got round to it yet . He then told me about how he'd fronted $1300 to help Tom out recently and how tom has since gone to ground and refusing to pay back debt.Obviously Tom has worked out that he doesn't have the ability to run a reputable business so has decided to rip people off instead.It is this repugnant attitude that made me decide to share my story and can only hope that Tom changes his ways and repays his debt.Until then i would recommend that you stay well clear of Tom Radcliffe and Radcliffe Diesel Services.

I bought a fuel injection ECU from this guy, paid the money including freight and never saw it. Kept stringing me along with how it would be sent this week, next week, its been sent, I'll get the tracking number etc etc but its over 3 months now and no ECU no tracking number and now no more replies. Do not trust this guy!!

I advertised for a Nissan Patrol flex plate Tom contacted me on his cell phone and said he had one and that I could have it at no cost which was very good of him. When I organised to pick it up he said he couldn't be there and said he could send it to me but I offered to pay the fr8 which he told me would be $20. I said fine if you would like to send me your bank account I will pay it straight in, again I asked him if he was sure he didn't want me to pay for the flex plate as well. He said no it's on an old motor and he doesn't need it. So I have paid the $20 for fr8, I started contacting him on the 11/11/2016 he has kept on telling me he is going to send it but as of the 11/02/2017 I haven't seen it he doesn't answer his phone in all this time only txts. If this is how he runs his business he won't be there much longer surely.Hi other review he says is bull and fake and from a P user well I am not so be very careful of dealing with this man and his company.
