Spoke to two different staff members, both had terrible phone manner and were disinterested bordering on rude. Dismissed outright the info that I'd gotten from the Thule website without explanation, just told me I just needed to bring the vehicle in". Neither introduced themselves

Really easy to deal with, had the parts & installed on the spot. They do have good quality brands in their shop so expect to pay for that but it’s worth it for how easy the whole process is. Enjoyed getting my roof racks from their team. Thanks!

I bought some Thule roof racks from here.Very fast and efficient, they installed them straight away.Try and talk to the young dudes in the shop as the older ones don’t take you seriously and give you weird looks. (I walked in and gave a classic kiwi head nod and the old dude just gave me a weird stare) otherwise it’s a great shop.

Knowledgeable staff but they told me if I came back on a busy Saturday not to expect the same level of service, and that they’re aware with so many customers people walk out, seems like I’m now rethinking going back there yo make my final purchase if they’re not going to be consistent.

I recieved great advice, the roof racks I bought were priced comparably to other places I had looked, but the customer service was fantastic. These guys know their roof racks and I won't hesitate going back when our work fleet increases

I don't normally write reviews, but I was annoyed with the way this store treats customers. I had a question about roof racks and thought this shop was the right place for me. the seller didn't want to help me with my request and said he had better things to do. Due to the arrogance and lack of helpfulness of the seller, I cannot recommend this business! Btw, another roof rack specialist solved my problem in no time and was super friendly, so better look for alternative shops on the north shore.
