Great Lake Locksmiths Taupo. (Mobile Taupo Locksmith)

Arrived within 20 minutes and unlocked the car swiftly. It went downhill from there. He took our keys and drove off for a further 30 minutes without consulting or notifying us to what he was doing once he actually unlocked the car (which is all he needed to do). He came back and spent another 1.5 hours prying open our lock (despite it already being unlocked it in the first place) and caused damage to our lock. After numerous hours, he concluded that it's broken, even though the lock mechanism in the car was fully working before he arrived, we just had locked our keys in the car.Terrible communication and was genuinely the worst experience we have had since in being in New Zealand, rude and non communicative throughout, causing our lock to break on the main door. Could have been avoided if he actually communicated to us. Would avoid if possible.

Adam came to our rescue as we have been lock out of our house. He responded promptly and professionally, even on weekend callout. Highly recommended for any locksmith services.

The best locksmith in town, I locked myself out of my house on a weekend when all other locksmiths are closed. Gave him a call and was very prompt to arrive. Services are very affordable and doesn't charge an arm and a leg, I quoted other places and they were charging $180 and up just to pick my lock. Was able to get back into my house within 5 mins of him doing the job with that being said my lock was a security lock hard to open but still got the job done fast. Would recommend to anyone living in Taupo to use his service first before trying more expensive options. If I am ever locked out again I know who I will be calling. Thankyou Adam if it wasn't for you I would be sleeping in my car. Cheers mate

Awesome Adam. You were the only Locksmith who would come as I was isolating with Covid19. Not only were you prompt and fixed the problem in no time at all. Not only that, Adam offered if help with picking up supplies etc.
