Called up to get a bearing and gave them the part number off it and was told they can't supply them. Got Napa (which are owned by the same company) to supply a Gates branded one no problem. Went in today with another bearing I needed replacing, and was told again that they can't help me. Took the same bearing to ABD bearings and they sorted me out with a couple off the self to suit. I kind of feel like they weren't interested in doing their job and seeing if they actually could supply either.
