Have had a horrible experience dealing with Flowpro. They installed all the plumbing in our building, which is brand new. We have problems with the pipes banging loudly and a tap making loud screeching noises. This is very disappointing for brand new. Flowpro have been unable to correct these issues, despite multiple attempts. The plumbers have made excuses, saying we are making up the banging pipes noises, despite video evidence and that the screeching noise from our outside tap is because of our hose, despite us buying different hoses to prove this isn't the case. Ultimately we have been left with unresolved problems and faulty plumbing. Other people in our building have similar issues. Do not recommend this company at all.

My electrical hot water cylinder developed a slow leak, I found Flowpro on Google and gave Sam a call.He was great diagnosing the problem on the phone and give me several options - he ended up replacing the whole thing in a day, left the place clean and tidy and took away the old corroded cylinder for me.While he was there he also fixed up by gas stove with a better regulator.Great service and very reasonable price!
