Chatsford - The Lifestyle Choice

Have just moved in and I love it! It's like living in the botanical gardens. My experience from when I first expressed interest to moving in and subsequent days has been 100%. Thank you to everyone who has been kind, helpful and fun!!

2 years ago extremely bright lights were installed. Since then viewing the night sky is impossible as my backyard is flooded with light. Initially I was treated with contempt. Then the MD apologized and said something would be done to remediate the issue. Nothing has happened and for 18 months it has been possible to read a book outside at night due to light pollution. No attempt by management has been made to fix this issue or to even pretend to be a good neighbor. Chatsford operates on the policy that they have money and residential neighbors are irrelevant.Staff report that the work culture is abusive and it is proven by how neighbors are treated by management

Really great staff an really well looked after people. They have lots of programs running for their clients, so they have quality of life.

A great community with plenty of options if you are planning ahead.

Visited and mist imoressed with facilities for all interests and quality of facilities,choices and homes. Staff professional and very obliging.

My friend's father has lived here for four or five years and speaks very highly of it. It's clean and modern. Lovely garden areas.

Im only here visiting my sister but i am very impressed with this place. Well maintained lots of services available a great place to retire
